Returns

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or other evidence to verify the issue.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange is requested for an available size or color.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
